IT Projects Officer
Responsibilities
- Planning, coordinating, executing and monitoring the implementation of the full IT project lifecycle from initiation to final delivery
- Managing the day-to-day operational project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
- Ensuring the compliance of all project-related activities within applicable rules and standards
- Coordinating, managing and monitoring the progress of the external suppliers
- Collecting input from various stakeholders and drafting project documentation from business case, project handbook, project planning, risk logs, issue log and monthly reports
- Coordinating, drafting and approving technical documentation related to projects as new policies, procedures, system guidelines
- Communicating efficiently with various project stakeholders, from high management, to business user groups and technical implementation teams
- Facilitating and coordinating business, security and technical requirements gathering in user workshops and analysis and specifications process
- Reviewing and validating project documentation delivered by suppliers
- Contributing to the maintenance and development of required IT services
- Coordinating, managing and monitoring the work of project team members.
Requirements
- Bsc. IT or Advanced Diploma in IT
- 3 years experience in IT projects
